I have been a student of the Bible for the last twenty-five years and I have spent half of them researching and writing chronologies of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection. I read the Bible for up to eight hours a day then pray and wait on God for insight into the order of the events of Jesus’ life and death. I have read the Gospels numerous times, but have never lost my hunger or passion for God’s word. Establishing a timeline for Jesus’ life and death takes time and patience. I have been blessed with the time and willingness to establish this chronology that few others have in life – be they pastors, theologians or Bible teachers. It is why I wrote this book. Believing what is written in the Bible was crucial to establishing the most comprehensive chronology of the events of Jesus’ Passion. If the time I spent establishing Jesus’ timeline helps others then it has been worth it. The rewards for all who read this book are the revelations and insights I received as I wrote it.
I have worked as an editor in Hong Kong and as a managing editor in London. I have a Masters in Screenwriting and have written a script for 24 – Jesus’ Final Hours, Part 2 of the Jesus Chronology Series. I am in discussions with film makers about making it into a documentary. I preach in London and Asia on Jesus’ life and death and write sermons for other pastors. Few have my passion for God’s word or the time to devote to this material. I love God and His word so much, I read the Bible from cover-to-cover eight times each year, and I have done this for many years. My heart still burns when Jesus reveals himself and his character to me in Scripture. I want others to experience that joy of knowing him and his word even more through the great insights God gave me as I wrote this book.
